Creating a stronger future for our industry means making sure everyone has the opportunity to be part of it. In 2025, 13 Inclusive Manufacturing Camps created opportunities for 129 young adults with disabilities and special needs to explore hands-on manufacturing, build confidence, and discover pathways to meaningful careers.
