Audition information for our fall musical, Into the Woods, is OUT! 🧙‍♀️🪾

Auditions will take place on Tuesday 9/8 in the auditorium, where everyone will perform a small piece of one of the given audition songs (cuts) from the show. 🎶 👠 🎤

Callbacks (by invitation) will take place the next day, 9/9. 🫘🐄

Our Fall Play (Musical 🤫) will be…

Into the Woods! 🐮🪾🫘

In this story your favorite fairytale characters head into the woods to make their wishes come true. You may even see familiar faces along the wood—such as Little Red Riding Hood, or Cinderella. This production will not be one to miss with a challenging Sondheim score, complex emotional beats, and a full circle story that’s sure to get you to tear up. This season, we’ll journey down winding paths, through enchanted forests, and over yellow brick roads. From Into the Woods to The Wizard of Oz, our stories remind us that the greatest adventures aren’t taken alone. 🪵👠

In theatre, just like in life, we find strength in those who walk beside us. Every performance, every rehearsal, and every moment on stage is built through collaboration, friendship, and community. 🫂🫂

Join us for a magical journey along the yellow brick road. Brush off your ruby slippers, or flying broomstick and come to this family friendly production. We’re off to see the wizard April of 2027 and we hope to see you there!! 🌾🔩🦁

Lillian, a junior, has been performing on the LHS stage since freshman year. You may have seen her work as a Marketing & Publicity designer, on stage as the magical Marie in Cinderella, or as the idealistic Sarah Brown in Guys and Dolls. ✝️🌟

Jania, a senior, is newer to the LHS stage but has made a huge impact during her short time with the program! Within this year’s season, she has rocked the stage as Rosetta 1 in Princess and the Pea and the sassy Adelaide! Her performance as Sally Bowles in Cabaret will surely WOW you as well! 👛👠

Drew, a junior, has been performing on the LHS stage since he was a young child. Now he performs and choreographs! You may have seen him as stubborn Joey Biltmore or the Knight from Princess and the Pea, but his performance as Princeton will be unlike anything you’ve seen before! 🏘️🧸
