The parents of the Elba Class of 2026 are doing a great job moooooving the Cash Cow, Onion, around!
We have some exciting news! The demand for "Onion" was so great that Onion's twin, Cabbage, is now part of the fun! Be on the lookout for some Onion and Cabbage in people's yard!!
BIG THANKS to all those who have hosted our cows so far! Some have offered to pay to move the cows to greener pastures (after all, the grass is pretty brown from the drought), and others even dressed up Onion for Halloween as a Notre Dame cow! We are loving the positive support and fun-hearted humor that comes with this!

The Class of Elba 2026 parents initiated this effort in the hope that the funds raised through the "Cash Cows" will be donated to the class, allowing each senior to attend the senior trip at minimal cost, so that everyone in the class can participate without financial worry. 😀
Now....who can you send some Lancer LOVE to with some good old-fashioned Elba Onion and Elba Cabbage greetings?!
