Happy New Year! Hopefully we are all finding ways to make space here and there for quiet inquiry and movement as the year begins. I wish you all the best for the coming year.
ART OF CURIOSITY FELDENKRAIS CLASSES
I'm going to continue to teach Feldenkrais classes on Zoom Tuesdays at 10am and most Sundays at 5:30pm, with the first class of the year happening tonight.
In addition, if anyone is unable to make these classes but would like to experience a lesson, I have been recording most lessons which are available in an online drive. I am happy to share these with anyone interested.
IN-PERSON LESSONS
I'm happy to schedule an in-person functional integration lesson with you. These lessons are done with masks on and air filtration for safety.
RESOURCES
I have a new website up at staceypelinka.com, and am hoping to get a link to the recorded lesson drive up there soon.
I'm not able to teach every Sunday due to performance conflicts, but I can send you a calendar link so you know which days I'm teaching.

"I beg you... to have patience with everything unresolved in your heart and try to love the questions themselves, as if they were locked rooms or books written in a very foreign language. Don't search for the answers, which could not be given to you now, because you would not be able to live them. And the point is to live everything. Live the questions now. Perhaps then, someday far in the future, you will gradually, without even noticing it, live your way into the answers..."
