We held our Spring Jubilee yesterday and joined together in joyous celebration to welcome the new season. Our students and teachers shared a variety of musical and movement offerings and the program ended with a beautiful community dance circle 🌸🌷🌼🌿🌻🪻

Andrea, founding board president of Berkeley Rose Waldorf School, taught as a grades teacher for over 15 years. She has authored three self-help books for young adults, including the bestseller, Respect, which has been translated into numerous languages.

There’s so much good music coming to Raise the Roof on March 21st! Did you know our campus is home to many talented parent musicians? Enjoy the opening band, Banda Kafune, as they sail us through Brazilian grooves during dinner. Then be sure to wear your dancing shoes, and maybe stretch after dinner, so you can let loose to The Cosmic Dance Band comprised entirely of WCCS parents and staff, most of whom are professional musicians! For those who have attended our past Spring auction events, you know the FOOD does not disappoint! Raise the Roof will continue this tradition, from the wholesome and decadent dinner by Brezo Restaurant to the mouth-watering appetizer table by Carrie (psst, she’s a chef at Chez Pannise!) to the dessert table overflowing with home-baked goods. And don’t forget craft cocktails and mocktails, beer and wine! Whew! Come for the food, stay for the dance party under a sea of disco balls!
