INFORMATIONAL for Cast and Crew: Tuesday, Aug. 25 from 4-6pm in the Music Room [201 N Douglas St]

AUDITION PREP DAY: Thursday, Sept. 10 from 4-7pm in the Blackbox Theater [201 N Douglas St]

VOCAL AUDITIONS: Tuesday, Sept. 22 (you’ll sign up for an individual time slot between 4 and 9pm) [Music Room]

DANCE AUDITIONS: Wednesday, Sept. 23 from 4-7pm (everyone attends for the duration) [Blackbox Theater]

WDV Summer Theatre Playground 2026 was INCREDIBLE!!

22 TK - 2nd graders brought the Blackbox to underwater life!! From acting, to creating, to designing, to musical theatre-ing, everyone did
FIN-tastic work! Job WHALE-done, young performing artists!!

Enormous BRAVA!!s are in order!! The CONNECT TK-8 annual CONNECT’S GOT TALENT Show was absolutely magical! There is so much capability and creativity to celebrate! The best part? Witnessing these young performers step onto the stage with such confidence and camaraderie!

Thunderous applause, Jahmal Durham, for organizing this beautiful opportunity for the students, and equal applause for all the families who share their time and talent to ensure the evening’s success!

Special thanks to our high school Stage Crew and their lovely leader, Will, for being the wind beneath everyone’s wings.

The Blackbox continues to be a place of absolute joy!

The evening was dedicated to CONNECT student, Wallie, whose sunshine and smiles are missed terribly…but continue to fill our hearts every single day. 💜

Another beautiful evening in a beautiful theater filled with high energy, love, support, applause - and a whole lot of people dedicated to, and passionate about, the performing arts!

How lovely to be one of six nominated out of more than 50 schools for the second year in a row! (Not bad for a brand new performing arts program!)

We could not do this without the support of Da Vinci Schools, our Administration, our Board, the Wiseburn Unified School District, our families, our students, and each other! Theatre always reminds us…we are not alone! (Pun intended…)

Enormous gratitude to everyone who ensures the Theatrical Arts are alive and thriving at Da Vinci!

Brava to the team at The Hollywood Pantages and all the incredible adjudicators and judges who have a created an opportunity to celebrate Theatre!
