It’s hard to put into words just how much gratitude we have for our very own Mariel. Over the past few years, she has poured her heart into Eastwood Heights in the most generous and selfless ways. Her incredible creativity and talent shine through in everything she touches, from beautifully decorated events to a PTA room that somehow always feels perfectly organized and welcoming.
As a member of the decorating committee, she helped turn every event into something special, and as our historian, she made sure the memories were thoughtfully captured so they can live on. She gives her time, energy, and gifts so freely, always wanting the best for our school and community.
As this is her last year with us, our hearts are full and a little heavy. We are so thankful for all she’s given and so grateful to have had her as part of our Eastwood Heights family. Saying goodbye is bittersweet, but her impact will be felt long after this year ends. Thank you, Mariel, for everything—you will be deeply missed. 💛 💙
