🎉 BIG NEWS! 🎉

We are thrilled to announce that Casa de Colores Montessori School is now officially Cognia Accredited!

This important milestone reflects our commitment to providing a high-quality educational experience for children and families in our community. Additionally we now meet the requirements to participate in the Texas Education Freedom Account (TEFA) program.

We are pending activation in the Odyssey portal within the next few days. Once that process is finalized, families who have been awarded TEFA funds will be able to select Casa de Colores as their participating school for the 26-27 school year.

⏳ If your family applied for a TEFA scholarship prior to March 31st, the deadline to select a participating school is July 15. We are currently working with the program to complete our activation as quickly as possible and will share an update as soon as our school is available in the Odyssey portal.

🐐🍓 Fresh From Our Farm to the Freezer! 🍓🐐

Today our students experienced the farm-to-table process firsthand! After learning about where milk comes from and helping care for our goats, we used fresh farm milk to make delicious Strawberries & Cream Ice-Cycles.

At Casa de Colores Montessori, learning happens through real-life experiences. From caring for animals to preparing food, our children develop independence, responsibility, and an appreciation for the journey food takes from the farm to our table.
