Congratulations, Mrs. Saenz!🎉 We are extremely grateful to have you as part of the CIS El Paso team! Your hard work and dedication continue to leave a lasting impact on our students❤️
Congratulations to Ruvi Saenz, Site Coordinator of the month for Texas! Ms. Ruvi Saenz is the most humble and passionate person and has this magnetic personality that attracts the most challenging students. Her daily drive of energy has the potential to move mountains with the students she serves.
Ms. Saenz does so much to impact her students. Her Faithful Friday's groups aim to improve grades, attendance, and behavior through the implementation of hands-on activities and presentations. Game Club groups engage students in different games to enhance the improvement of social and communication skills. She worked to receive 165 backpacks donated to the students and works weekly with the students to assist them in supporting positive behavior by understanding their unique needs and implementing effective strategies tailored to their individual challenges. Ms. Ruvi goes far and beyond the call of duty to assist all students at her campus and we are grateful for her dedicated efforts.
Thank you, Ruvi, for all you do every day! Whataburger Communities in Schools of El Paso

75% of Americans who had a mentor say that relationship was a major contributor to their success. ⭐
At Communities In Schools, this is at the heart of everything we do. Our site coordinators, mentors, and volunteers show up every day as caring, consistent adults—connecting students to the relationships and resources they need to thrive.
We are deeply grateful for the CIS network who proves, time and again, that being present truly matters. When students know they’re supported, they achieve success.
