🍎 Fresh Learning Incoming! 🥕🌽

While our little adventurers were wrapping up Fitness Friday, our teachers headed back to school and got to work! 💛

Fridays at STEAM are more than a day without classes. They give our teachers dedicated time to clean and sanitize classrooms, prepare materials, plan meaningful learning experiences, and transform our spaces for the adventures ahead.

This month’s transformation? The Farmers Market! 🍎🥦🛒

Our dramatic play areas are becoming little markets where children will shop, sort, count, weigh, take turns as customers and shopkeepers, practice new vocabulary, make choices, and use their imaginations—all while they PLAY.

Because around here, we believe the classroom itself can be a teacher. ✨

And sometimes the best learning starts with a few bins of pretend vegetables, a tiny market stand, and teachers willing to turn an ordinary corner into somewhere magical. 💚

Real-world experiences. Hands-on learning. A whole lot of heart.

🏅 Fitness Friday: Mission Accomplished! 🚲👟

We traded the classroom for the park this morning for our first Fitness Friday Field Trip! Our little adventurers biked, rode, ran, climbed, played, and moved their bodies alongside their families. ❤️

And of course, every little athlete crossed the finish line to a well-earned medal! 🏅 Because at STEAM, we love celebrating the courage to try, the determination to keep going, and the BIG pride that comes from saying, “I did it!”

At STEAM, we want our children to remember more than what they learned. We want them to remember how preschool felt—the adventures, the friendships, the confidence of trying something new, and Mom or Dad cheering from the sidelines.

A huge thank you to all of our STEAM families who joined us this morning. These are the preschool days we hope they remember. 💛

Adventure looks a little different every day at STEAM. ✨

And just like that… our first week is in the books! 🥹✨

New classrooms became familiar places. New faces started becoming friends. There were stories, songs, discoveries, big smiles, a few brave goodbyes, lots of play—and SO many little moments of learning tucked in between. 💛

To our STEAM families: thank you for trusting us with your little adventurers. We know how big that first drop-off can feel, and we are so grateful that we get to be part of these years with you.

’Twas the night before preschool, and all through the town, the little ones’ backpacks were laid neatly down.

The children were nestled all snug in their beds, while visions of storytime danced in their heads.

The teachers were dreaming of songs they would sing, of circle time fun and the joy it would bring.

So here’s to new friendships, to learning, to play—Preschool is starting, it’s a wonderful day!

With backpacks in hand and hearts full of cheer, Happy First Day of Preschool—let’s make it a great year!

Our classrooms were filled with new faces, familiar faces, tiny explorers checking out their new spaces, and families getting ready for the adventure ahead.

Meet & Greet is always one of our favorite days because it’s the moment a new school year starts becoming our school year. 🤍

Thank you to every family who spent part of their Saturday with us. We loved welcoming you, answering questions, watching little ones explore, and getting everyone ready for Monday.
