Ysleta ISD has a University Interscholastic League ACADEMIC STATE CHAMPION!! Dahlia Ornelas from Ysleta High School was just awarded FIRST PLACE at the State UIL Academic Contest for Informative Speaking. We are so incredibly proud of her and all her amazing accomplishments!
