UTEP Forensics

UTEP Forensics The University of Texas at El Paso Speech and Debate Team Additionally, students may choose to earn Honors credit.

Team members have the opportunity to develop communication skills vital to any career goal, to grow as researchers and scholars, to earn college credit in Forensics classes, to participate in fully University-funded travel to intercollegiate tournaments all over the nation, to earn substantial cash Service Awards each semester, and to build impressive credentials as speakers and performers. The UT

EP Forensics Team's commitment to academic excellence helps to ensure a student's future success by encouraging the maintenance of high grade standards. A minimum college GPA of 2.5 is necessary for tournament competition; a minimum GPA of 3.00 is recommended to qualify for Forensics Service Awards.
