𝗦𝗵𝗼𝗰𝗸 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗲𝘅 (𝗦𝗜) = 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 (𝗛𝗥) ÷ 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗯𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 (𝗦𝗕𝗣) At the bare minimum calculate your shock index & resuscitate your patients with a SI of 0.9-1.0.
