Metta Performance has closed its doors 🖤
What started as an idea quickly became something real because of the people who believed in us. To every athlete, parent, and supporter who walked through our doors, trusted our coaching, and showed up day after day — thank you.
Though our time was short, it was meaningful. We built more than workouts. We built relationships, confidence, and moments that will stay with us long after the lights are off. Watching athletes grow, push limits, and believe in themselves was an honor we’ll always be grateful for.
Thank you for supporting a vision, for trusting the process, and for being part of this chapter. Metta Performance may be closing, but the impact, lessons, and memories will always remain.

Behind the scenes at Metta 🎯📈
Part of the role of sport science is bridging what we do in training and measuring (if any) change. Part of the issue why an athlete’s game is not improving is the program’s lack of objective and quantifiable data (let’s not talk about gathering data yet) with training. It is to the benefit of any training system to understand the impact of the training done.
Here’s a peek at how we do it -
Is this athlete jumping higher? YES
Is the athlete expressing more power in his jump? YES
Is the athlete jumping faster? YES
Parallel Rotational Throw - low split - med ball 🤩💪🏻
One of our favorite medicine ball throw series - and also an effective exercise sequence to develop athleticism.
Here we are choosing to target Three different capacities and skills- all with a specific aim, developing and transmitting force.

We’re excited to work with Noah Martinez (), a high school football and track athlete with a full-ride scholarship for his track achievements. At Metta Performance, we provide personalized training to help him excel in both sports. We can’t wait to see what the future holds for Noah!
