Club Zero is a UTEP student organization hosted by the Math Department with a purpose of providing opportunities for students who are interested in math.

Dear Members,

I hope you all had a wonderful winter break and first few weeks of classes!

We will be having our first general meeting of the semester on February 17 at 3 P.M. Feel free to invite a friend! We will have pizza!

We are having a movie day this Friday the 8th at 6PM! Come join us in Bell Hall room 143 as we watch "The Man Who Knew Infinity." It's a great film and you will have great company to watch it with. Snacks and drinks will be provided also, so feel free to invite your friends!

Additionally, our friends over at The Meeple Board Game Society will be having their game day down the hall from 5-11PM. When we're done with our movie, be sure to show them some Club Zero goodwill by playing a board game or two with them.

Happy Halloween smart ghouls and girls!

Just had a great time hanging out with our friends from ACM-W WICS in the CCSB! They had a great Halloween/Dia de Los Mu***os event!! They're all awesome people, so if they ever come by the lounge be sure to show them plenty of love and strike up a conversation!!!

Hello everyone!

Everyone here at Club Zero is hoping you have a great semester and would like to announce our first meeting for the semester.

Wednesday, September 18, 2019 we will be having two meeting times, 3pm and 5pm in Bell Hall room 141, to discuss and socialize a bit with our fellow members. This will not be our regular schedule, but after this meeting we will be more consistent with our emails to keep you up to date. We encourage any of our active members to join if possible and give us your input so we can begin making great collaborations together and iron out some details and ideas you all may have for the coming semester.

Hey smart people!

Just letting you all know that our sister organization The Meeple Board Game Society is having a game day this Friday, April 12th, at Bell hall Rm 130A from 4:30-11. We will have some of our members present so come join us for some fun, snacks, and to meet some like minded individuals!

Don't forget to come by the lounge, Bell Hall Rm 141, anytime to try out our math puzzles that have yet to be solved and enjoy our lounge to interact with our other members.

Dr. Melinda McCann will be presenting information on the Statistics Ph.D. program at Oklahoma State University TODAY (Oct. 21st) from 1pm-2pm at Classroom Building (CRLB) room 301. This is an excellent opportunity to learn about graduate programs and degrees as well as network with other universities. Hope to see you there!
