Angels Tai Chi
Traditional Tai Chi Chuan, also called Angels Tai Chi... This form does not follow any traditional form (such a Chen or Yang). Angels Tai Chi was founded by a virtuous wise man about 5,000 years ago. He dreamed an angel appeared to him, dancing on the clouds. He practiced the movements that he remembers after he awoke and found this form. Angels Tai Chi can improve energy and well-beings with self-healing techniques. Master Stephan Yang is the last in his generation to present this form of Tai Chi.
