*These groups do not provide open classes but are available for performances. Some instructors may offer private classes. The studio is available to rent for workshops, dance practices, private classes and small events. We also sell merchandise, primarily specific to Capoeira, but also for belly dance and other movement arts. See our website for all available merchandise.

Introductory price: $15 per person

Chakradanceâ„¢ is a well-being movement practice that combines spontaneous dance, chakra-resonant music, meditation, and creative expression. Each session focuses on a different chakra, creating a space to reconnect with your body, mind, and spirit through movement. No dance experience is needed.

The experience will be primarily facilitated in Spanish, but English speakers are welcome and essential guidance can be provided in English as needed.
