Congrats to Mrs. Andujo and Mrs. Salazar! They are the Cast Members of the week. “I am so honored and happy to present the Mickey Mouse Award to Mrs. Salazar (Kelly) and Mrs. Andujo.
I chose both of them because they have been my absolute rocks of support, especially while navigating with such a large class. I am endlessly grateful for their constant readiness, warm hearts, and willingness to step in whenever needed.
Kelly is a true blessing in our classroom, a complete lifesaver who jumps in at a moment’s notice with a smile, never complaining. Her warmth, comfort, patience, and positive energy light up the room, and she is always right there to keep everything running smoothly no matter what comes our way. Mrs. Andujo brings such gentle, soothing patience to everyone around her.
Working with little ones is no easy task, and by the end of the day, we are all completely exhausted and ready for a nap! Yet, despite how tiring it gets, both of them show up every single day with bright energy, love, and an extraordinary patience for our children. I truly couldn’t do this without them!”

VOTE DAILY! Jose H. Damian Elementary have been one of two schools selected in the district to participate in the back-to-school edition of Caring4Community, a community-giving campaign by EP Dentistry 4 Kids that awards cash donations to local elementary schools, chosen entirely by community vote.

To date, EP Dentistry 4 Kids has donated over $60,000 to schools and local organizations through our Caring4Community program.

Here’s what YOUR SCHOOLS could win:
