Since its inception, the UTEP Alumni Association has made it its mission to support UTEP students in their academic endeavors. Alumni Association efforts became realized when it granted its first annual scholarship of $150.00. Look forward decades later, today, the Alumni Association continues to go strong in its philanthropic spirit of giving back and currently awards ten (10) student scholarships a year.

We are excited to welcome Daniel Gloria to this year's Network, Learn, and Grow! He graduated from UTEP with a Bachelor's in Organizational and Corporate Communications and a Master's in Educational Administration. He currently works as a 6th Grade Reading Language Arts Teacher at Socorro Independent School District and has been teaching for over eight years.
