Dear Parents,
We are looking for volunteers to help us clean and organize some rooms at our school as we prepare for the end of the year. If you are available and would like to help, we would greatly appreciate your support!
Volunteer times:
• Thursday: Full-day help is especially needed.
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Any amount of time you can give is greatly appreciated. Thank you for helping us keep our school looking its best for our students and staff!

Good morning, Mountain Lions! 🦁

As most of you know, tomorrow is Day 1 of Field Day! To make sure our students have the best time possible, please remember to send them to school with the following items:

💧 A refillable water bottle (labeled with their name)

☀️ Sunscreen/Sunblock (applied before school, too!)

🧢 A hat for sun protection

👟 Comfortable shoes perfect for running and playing

👕 A second pair of clothes (students may get wet or dirty playing outside)

Family Attendance:
Parents are more than welcome to join in on the fun! Here is the schedule for both days (both sessions run from 8:30 AM – 10:00 AM):

Wednesday, June 3rd: CRC1, CRC2, Pre-K, 1st Grade, and 2nd Grade

Thursday, June 4th: CRC3, CRC4, 3rd Grade, 4th Grade, and 5th Grade

Donations Welcome:
We are still accepting donations of bottled water and popsicles to help keep everyone hydrated and cool!

Dear Moye Families,

The EPISD Department of Accountability and Assessment has sent an email to each parent/guardian regarding your child's STAAR results. The email was sent directly from EPISD Department of Accountability and Assessment and contains important information about your student's performance.

The email includes:

Your child's STAAR or End-of-Course (EOC) results, if available.
Your child's performance level.
A personalized link to access preliminary results.
Information regarding the availability of official STAAR Report Cards through the EPISD Parent Portal.

Please note:

STAAR End-of-Course (High School) report cards will be available beginning June 10.
STAAR Grades 3–8 report cards will be available beginning June 16 through the EPISD Parent Portal.
Families of students who received a "Did Not Meet Grade Level" performance level will receive additional information regarding accelerated instruction and intervention supports.

If you have not received the email, please check your spam or junk folder for a message from the EPISD Department of Accountability and Assessment. If you are unable to locate it, please contact the school office so we can assist you.

Our final week will be filled with fun, starting off by welcoming back our Irvin High School seniors for their Rocket Memory Walk on Tuesday, June 2!

We also have our Field Days coming up on June 3–4! Parents are invited to join us from 8:30–10:00 a.m. to cheer on and support our students during the festivities. ☀️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

We are also asking for donations of bottled water and popsicles for the students. If you are able to donate, we would be truly appreciative! 💦🍧

We will be ending the week with a half day, and students will be dismissed early at 12:00 PM.

It’s almost that time of year again... FIELD DAY is just around the corner! 🏃‍♂️💨 Our students are working hard, and we are getting so excited for a day packed with fun, games, and friendly competition!

To keep our little athletes cool, hydrated, and energized, we are looking for a few donations. If you are able to pitch in, we would absolutely love your help with:

Families are invited to enjoy a Sensory-Friendly Swim Experience every Saturday from May 23 – September 5 from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM. This special swim time provides a calm, welcoming, and inclusive environment for children with sensory processing needs and their families.
🌊 Enjoy the warm water pool with minimal distractions for a fun and relaxing family experience!

📱 iPad Returns: Students must return their school iPads immediately. Any iPads not returned by Wednesday, May 27th will incur a fine. Additionally, end-of-year certificates may be withheld, and students may not be allowed to participate in Field Day until the device is returned.
