Congratulations, Deacon Gabriel Saucedo, Class of 1990, for completing his Master’s in Pastoral Studies from the University of St. Thomas in Houston, Texas! His graduation ceremony will be held in El Paso on July 25, 2026. He will continue his studies for a Doctorate in Catholic Educational Leadership at the University of Mary in Bismarck, North Dakota, starting July 1, 2026, with an anticipated graduation in the spring of 2029. Finally, he recently became a published author for The Deacon Magazine. Deacon Saucedo is a part of our faculty family teaching Religion III. On May 8, many local high school students participated in the Congressional Art Competition representing Texas’ 16th District with Congresswoman Veronica Escobar. We are so proud of Sebastian Ruiz!
