⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A MOMENT TO RECOGNIZE OUR TEAM!

We are incredibly proud that Flowers in the Garden Child Development Center #1 continues to maintain its Four-Star Texas Rising Star certification this year!

Achieving four stars was one of the hardest processes we have completed, and maintaining them requires continued dedication, teamwork, training, and growth.

Today, we especially want to recognize Mrs. Jackie, our mentor and leader, our Director, Aide Martinez, who worked so hard to keep the center together through all the changes, challenges, and craziness! 😂 Aide continued leading the center, supporting her staff, and making sure our kiddos and families remained at the heart of everything we do❤️❤️❤️❤️

We also want to recognize our wonderful team of ladies who worked right beside her. Thank you for showing up, supporting one another, accepting feedback, continuing to learn, and giving our children love, patience, and quality care every day.

These four stars represent the dedication of an entire team. We recognize your hard work, appreciate everything you do behind the scenes, and are so proud of how much you have grown together.
