El Paso County has announced that registration is now open for anyone wanting to camp the night at Ascarate Park in late September.

Officials say that during the event campers can enjoy a fire pit, nighttime fishing, and stargazing.

Back to School = One More Chance to Make a Splash!
Make the most of the final days of summer! The Ascarate Pool will be open through September 7 with evening swims on Mondays & Wednesdays and weekend hours. ☀️

- Mondays & Wednesdays | 5:30–7:30 PM
- Saturdays & Sundays | 12:00–4:30 PM
Last swim day: September 7

Canutillo & Fabens Pools are CLOSED for the season.

Pool hours are subject to change due to issues that may arise and/or inclement weather conditions.

Join us for the Ascarate Park Camp Out, happening September 26–27! Spend the night under the stars and enjoy a fun outdoor experience with family and friends.
📅 Registration: Open now through September 25
📍 Registration Location: Ascarate Park Administrative Office, 6900 Delta Dr., El Paso, TX 79905
🕗 Office Hours: 8:00 a.m.–4:45 p.m.
💵 Registration Fees:
• Veterans, seniors & children 17 and under: $5
• Adults ages 18–59: $10
Have a favorite spot in the park? Picnic shelters are available to reserve starting at $50. Park will close to non campers at 11:00 pm.
Gather your family, pack your tent, and get ready for a night of camping fun at Ascarate Park! 🌙⛺
