Sarah Robertson Earns TXCPA Honor Sarah Robertson, Assistant Professor of Practice at the UTEP Woody L. Hunt College of Business, has been named a recipient of the 2025 Outstanding Accounting Educator Award by the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants (TXCPA).

Fernanda Garcia, Ph.D., a professor at UTEP’s Woody L. Hunt College of Business (pictured far left), received the 2025 UNCTAD Impact Award from the Academy of International Business for research shaping global policy on gender equality. Her work has informed recommendations across global institutions like the World Bank and UN Trade and Development.
