EHS DECA

After discussion with students and sponsors for all groups involved and administration we have decided on not hosting a Father/Daughter dance this year. Please keep in mind this event has always been a fundraiser event for state competition fees and state DECA just announced their state competition will be virtual this year reducing our competition costs as well as considering the many risks that were brought into consideration from hosting this event this year. Again it is with a heavy heart we have to say pause again and really do hope to see you all next year as this is one of our favorite events but we want to be able to safely host again in the future.

We know you all are eagerly looking for a date and announcement on Father/Daughter dance for 2022 we are discussing the event with the other clubs involved as well as administrators and sponsors to reach a decision. It involves more than it used to with just DECA hosting the event. 3 years ago we started partnering up and sharing the proceeds with other groups as it was a team effort to make the event happen. So we feel as a team working on this event a team decision needs to be made for the event. We will let you know as soon as a decision has been made we hope to have the decision this week.

We know this time of year you all are normally eager and excited to see our link posted to purchase tickets for the annual father/daughter dance. This year we will not be able to have this annual event. The DECA members, advisors met and were not able to find a way to be able to socially distance and have this event so with a heavy heart we have to say pause for this year but we will see you next year!

We want to Thank everyone for making tonight such a wonderful success! With this event we are able to help all of the students in EHS DECA that qualify for International competition to compete at a very low cost to them! Thank you for supporting EHS DECA!

Tonight is the night! We are so very excited to host the annual DECA Fundraiser father/daughter dance! Based on our ticket sales it's going to be an amazing night! Please remember that only light snacks are served at this event!

Hurry! Tomorrow is the last day to get tickets at early bird prices! After tomorrow they will return to the traditional $35 for 1 father/1daughter combo with the deals of a $5 increase with each daughter.

We also have amazing news! This year you can buy tickets at the door! Card or cash!

We are wanting to cut the cost for our DECA students as all of the DECA kids qualified at regionals to attend state this year! Let's help these kids have an amazing fundraiser!

We know you guys have been waiting! Ticket sales for annual father/daughter dance that is Feb. 22nd 7-9pm at the Rec Center go on sale Jan. 6th!
