🥋 Let's talk about the part people don't always see.

The first time something doesn't work.

The frustration.

The “I CAN'T DO IT.”

The correction you have to hear again.

And again.

And probably again. 😂

Then one day…

They get it.

That's one of our favorite parts of martial arts.

Not teaching kids that everything will be easy.

Teaching them that hard doesn't mean quit. 💙💚🐺

Parents — what's something you've watched your child work REALLY hard to learn?

👇 Martial arts or otherwise — tell us.

Our Little Pups had an awesome time on the mats! 💪✨ We welcomed lots of new faces, took on the climb-the-rope challenge 🧗‍♀️, and had plenty of laughs, giggles, and smiles along the way! 😄❤️

Sometimes it's the little moments. 💙💚

Not the belts.

Not the tournaments.

Not the big events.

Just a coach taking an extra minute.

A friend helping a friend.

A kid finally getting something they've been working on.

Someone walking in and immediately feeling like they belong.

Those are the moments that are easy to miss when everything is moving 100 miles an hour around here. 😂

But they're also some of our favorites.

This is One Heart. 🐺💙💚
