Another successful year of Educators Rising here at SouthArk!
The SouthArk Foundation was proud to help fund the Regional Educators Rising Conference for the second year in a row! Dr. Lisa Oden, Director of Education, and her students once again organized this event here at South Arkansas College, and it was bigger and better than ever!
This inspiring event brought together students who want to be the future faces of education, giving them the opportunity to connect with educators, gain hands-on learning experiences, and build pathways to college success.
So many SouthArk Educators Rising students, faculty, and staff helped make the day a success. Their dedication, energy, and teamwork were evident throughout the event. We were also honored by a rousing keynote message from Jim Tucker, superintendent of the El Dorado School District and a SouthArk alumnus. We are honored to help bring forth the next generation of educators here at SouthArk!
