The Arkansas Extension Homemakers Council recognized two Lisbon Extension Homemakers members with Certificates of Achievement at the State Meeting in June.

🌟 Mrs. Eva Nell Swilley has been a member of Lisbon Extension Homemakers for 64 years.

🌟 Mrs. Dianne Haynie has been a member of Lisbon Extension Homemakers for 54 years.

Together, that represents an incredible 118 years of dedication and service! ❤️

Designing Women and Lisbon EHC Clubs meet tonight for their monthly meeting! All are welcome to attend!

Designing Women EHC is meeting on August 10 at 5:30 pm at Mt. Union Baptist Church, 653 Mount Union Rd., El Dorado, AR for an evening of fellowship and learning. The speaker will be Emily Murphy, owner of Bailey Botanicals, a flower and vegetable farm in Louann, AR. She sells locally at the Farmers Market on the Square in downtown El Dorado.

Lisbon EHC is meeting on August 10 at 6:00 pm at Faith Southern Methodist Church, 4840 Magnolia Hwy., El Dorado, AR, United States, 71730. They will be electing officers and general business meeting.

Designing Women EHC is meeting tonight, July 6 at 5:30 pm at Mt. Union Baptist Church, 653 Mount Union Rd., El Dorado, AR for an evening of fellowship and learning. The speaker will be John Pinson and bring canned goods for community service. Mr. Pinson recently has taken on the Helping Hands Food Pantry at St. Paul's.

In June, Designing Women and Lisbon EHC Club combined their meetings for the month!

Designing Women EHC, Selby Best, presented an informative program titled "The Dirt on Soil." For the past two months, Designing Women and LIsbon EHC have enjoyed learning together while strengthening friendships between our clubs.

AEHC Memorial

This year, we remembered three dedicated Union County EHC members: Mrs. Julia Murray and Mrs. Janis Tucker of the Newell EHC, and Mrs. Carolyn Parks of the Lisbon EHC.

Together, these women contributed more than 125 plus years of service to Union County EHC.

Mrs. Becky Riggs, accompanied by her son, Brian, and Lauren McGarrh, EHC Advisor, represented Union County at the memorial service.

They participated in honoring these valued members whose dedication, friendship, and service left a lasting impact on our organization and community.
