The EPD is requesting assistance from the community with a very serious crime that occurred May 27th between 0415am and 0515am. We have been following numerous leads and additional information. We are asking that all businesses or residents that have cameras on the outside of their buildings that face the roadway to please check their video surveillance during these times. The suspect had to travel in our city for some time. ***SPECIAL ATTENTION*** to 8th St locations, Main St and S Madison locations. If you have vehicles that appear on video during these times, please contact Capt Kevin Holt or Det Steve Adams with information at 881-4810. Your help is greatly appreciated!

Attention ALL Yocum parents and supporters. If you are signed up on the Yocum PTA email I just sent an email about the Teacher Appreciation Week that starts tomorrow. If you do not receive that email and wish to just let me know I can get the info to you. I really could use some help this week so ask me how!
We will need some cokes, crackers, cupcakes, etc Money is always good if you would just like to make a monetary donation I can use that as well to help with everything we have planned for the week. Let's show YOCUM teachers/staff that we think they ROCK!!!!

Next week is Teacher Appreciation week! We will be doing some fun things for our teachers to show how much we love them. This Wednesday (March 27th) is Yocum PTA night at Domino's Pizza! All you have to do to help is mention Yocum when you place your order and Yocum PTA will receive 20% of the proceeds! You can conveniently cover dinner and support education at the same time! Please share my status and spread the word to make the fundraiser a success!

Anyone that can help PTA with soups, chili, cokes, etc next week for parent/ teacher conferences please let me know.. This is a wonderful thing to do for our teachers and they always appreciate it so much! Thanks Sonya

Tailgate party in the stadium parking lot starts @ 5:00 tomorrow night. Come get a hotdog with chips and drink for only $3!!! Yocum students will Run with the Cats before the game starts at 7:00! Go Cats Go!!

PTA will be providing meals for the teachers during Parent / Teacher Conferences which will be held Tuesday and Thursday this week. Jerri Lynn Nokes is heading up this effort.
