Thank you for your interest in The Red Wagon Day Care, a home away from home while parents are afar. My goals and objectives, as a caregiver, are to treat your child/children as I would treat mine, with love, respect and kindness. It is my goal to provide a safe, nurturing, secure environment and earn the trust of your child/children through routine and predictability. I understand the importance

of leading through example, and make a promise to do so during daily interactions with your child/children. Transitioning back to work, relocating, etc. can be stressful to say the least, I’ve been there! It is my objective to eliminate a portion of that stress by creating a reliable place for your child/children to go while you are away. We will work together at all times to create a flow between your home life and the care, education, discipline, values, beliefs, and guidance (to name a few!!) instilled here at The Red Wagon. Fun snack: natural peanut butter, organic bananas, raisins, and organic brown rice cakes.

Fun fact: How can I help my toddler transition to utensils? Give your toddler “utensil friendly” foods. For example, sticky oatmeal will be more likely to stay on the spoon as it takes the journey to your child’s mouth, whereas peas will likely roll off onto the floor.

Carson, baby C & I celebrating our 1/2 year anniversary. Six months ago I was introduced to sweet baby C and shortly after I was elated to hear he would be our first Wagoner. It has been an honor knowing that his wonderful parents trust Kat and I with their son, and feeling as though we are making a small imprint on this little man's life.
