At WePerform, the Young Musicians Program gives high school students the chance to mentor younger musicians while strengthening their own leadership and communication skills. Through weekly private lessons, youth choir rehearsals, quarterly recitals, and mentorship, students grow with consistent support and real musical experience.

At the WePerform Center, more than 85% of daily Ping Pong Club visitors are seniors, with over 500 older adults participating each month. Open seven days a week, the club builds strength, focus, and community through open play, coaching, tournaments, and shared laughter.

Through Healthy Seniors, WePerform is expanding access every week, with more than 90% of participants receiving free or reduced-cost lessons and classes thanks to donor support.

This fall, volunteers at WePerform help power weekly private lessons, youth choir rehearsals, afterschool academic support, quarterly recitals, and monthly food distribution with ECAP across the East Bay. It is hands-on support that helps young musicians grow, strengthens mentorship for high school students, and expands access for the families and seniors we serve.

At WePerform, access matters. In 2025, our Center stayed open every day of the year and welcomed more than 10,000 patrons. Over 90% of participants received free or reduced-cost access to lessons and classes in music, VR-based STEM learning, and table tennis.

For youth and seniors across Alameda and Contra Costa counties, subsidized programs help turn barriers into growth, connection, and resilience. Thank you for being part of WePerform.

In Alameda and Contra Costa Counties, nearly 45% of public school students qualify for free or reduced-price meals, and too many families face barriers to arts, STEM, and physical activity outside the classroom. WePerform helps close that gap with subsidized and free programs at the WePerform Center, from music and VR exploration to table tennis.
