We are pleased to share that we have reached our fundraising goal for the Grossmont-Cuyamaca College Promise Plus campaign! We have raised more than $4 million for a scholarship endowment. With these funds, more than $200,000 in scholarships will be available to Grossmont College and Cuyamaca College students in perpetuity.
These funds were raised with:
- 16,270 individual gifts
- 598 individual donors
- 173 employees contributed (Grossmont-Cuyamaca Community College District, FGCC, and Grossmont Union High School District)
“As a Navy veteran and father, studying aerospace and mechanical engineering, this scholarship has helped fund school supplies, gas for my commute, and most importantly, allowed me to allocate more funds to put food on the table for my family,” stated Cuyamaca College student Antonio Williams, Samuel M. Ciccati Promise Plus Scholarship Recipient.
We are so appreciative to our donors for investing in our talented local students who are the leaders of tomorrow!
