National Learning Laboratories

In its application for technical trades it’s been my experience that the hands on component is the best.

My take is that you can learn about 5% from reading about a topic... 15% by being able to engage in a competent conversation. 20 % by being able to properly research the material. 20%% by being able to demonstrate your skills. 20% by being able to competently execute skills. 10% by being able to teach it. I leave it at 90% since we will never know everything because at that point you’ve stopped learning.
