I enthusiastically endorse Scott Eckert for Grossmont Union High School District https://www.electscotteckert.com/. As a math instructor and department chair at Cuyamaca Community College whose team refocused Cuyamaca's math curriculum, he will be a tremendous asset to the math programs of GUHSD. I am so convinced of the need for Scott Eckert to refocus our failing math scores that I have donated $1,500 to his campaign and urge everyone in the county of San Diego to do the same.

Gary Woods for Grossmont Union High School District
Woods is an experienced Grossmont Trustee with 8 years of experience on the Govering Board. Woods has the trust and support of the 850 classroom teachers of Grossmont, as well as of community leaders. He is pictured here at the groundbreaking of the restored Grossmont District Office.
Woods is the only candidate with high school and college teaching experience, as well as working with instructional technology. He has a Bachelor of Science, a Master’s degree, and a Doctor of Education in Technology and Learning.
Woods is dedicated to building state-of-the-art science classrooms, enhancing instructional technology, and working with law enforcment as well as installing security cameras to keep students safe. He has been involved in every Grossmont construction project over the last 10 years.
Before becoming a Trustee, Woods was the President of the El Cajon Planning Commission, as well as of the El Cajon Historical Commission.
