Dear Cajon Valley Family and Community,

As we’ve done in the past at critical junctures throughout the pandemic, the Cajon Valley Union School District and Mary McKenzie 10News (10News – ABC San Diego KGTV), in partnership with Family Health Centers of San Diego, Rady Children's Hospital-San Diego, and 9th District PTA, will co-host an expert panel to bring timely information and a forum for questions and answers directly to you.

Now that the Covid vaccine is approved and available for our elementary and middle school students, this is a great opportunity to bring our school community together for another timely conversation.

National polling shows that approximately 30% of parents plan to have their school aged children vaccinated right away. Others still have questions about the vaccines, what’s in them, how they work, and are they safe. Dr. Bradley, Dr. Ramers, and Director of Nursing Pauline Lucatero, who is also a Cajon Valley parent, will share their experience and expertise around the topics that matter most to parents and school employees.

Please tune in on Thursday November 11th @ 5:30 pm and invite a friend. The panel will be recorded, translated, and posted for future access. Family Health Centers of San Diego has also offered to provide vaccine clinics right here in Cajon Valley for those who choose that option for their family. Details to follow.
