Meet our Speaker, Nadia Gamal El-Din.

Nadia worked at P&G as an assistant brand manager handling DTC at the age of 22. She became a mother at the age of 24 where she realized there was a huge market gap when it comes to supporting new moms. Even though motherhood is one of the oldest professions, with all these ever-growing online chunks of information, in this fast-paced world, there wasn't a single comprehensive, tailored support system for new moms in Egypt. This was the discontinuous shift moment when she realized change was needed, this is when Rahet Bally was born.

Rahet Bally—which translates to “peace of mind” in Arabic—was born in August 2015.

Rahet Bally is an all inclusive support platform for moms, offering them financial, physical, emotional, social & intellectual support through a wide range of online FemTech services & on ground services.
As of 2022, over 72 milion women consume its content in the MENA Region.

Meet our Speaker, Ahmed Bayoumi.

Ahmad Bayoumi is the Founder of Hive Coaching, and WADI Group Head of Business Development. Ahmad is a Certified Positive Psychologist & Career Coach, Parenting Educator, Certified Trainer, student activities mentor, Marketer and Brand Architect.

All these exist in One Civil Engineer who decided to devote his life to Education and human development. Ahmad graduated from Ain Shams University, He now holds an MBA degree in Marketing and Strategic Management Majors from the GUC and a Project Management Diploma from Cambridge University of London.
Ahmad has worked for several multinationals, and used to volunteer for several NGOs as a Marketing Team Head and ended up as a board member in a reputable NGO.
Believing in the importance of Human Wellbeing, Ahmad founded Hive Coaching in 2015 with great passion to shift people's perception about the importance of selfcare and human wellness. And to help them think more about practices that flourish their life mentally, emotionally and energetically.
As a Marketer and beside his daily job; Ahmad was selected to be the Marketing Manager for the FIBA U19 Basketball World Cup, Egypt July 2017 as well as the FIBA 2019 Basketball World Cup Qualifiers.

Meet our Speaker, Haitham Mohsen.

An impact-driven and insightful Training and Operations Manager with 13 years of experience across the educational and IT ecosystems. From private startups to market tycoons and corporates, he demonstrated outstanding caliber in formulating strategic decisions, tracking and improving employee performance, procuring foundational material and resources, and securing compliance across all departments. He received his bachelor degree in Business administration from Cairo University and has since supervised hundreds of projects spanning thousands of hours in multiple entities.

In his current position at Sprints, he was a critical force in the startup’s ability to scale and to deliver 220,000+ learning hours in less than 3 years. He is renowned across his network for his critical thinking mindset and optimization tendency, which demonstrated tremendous impact on the 100+ projects he supervised till now (and still counting). In reference to his leadership capability, he built and guided teams of 40+ members that included Software Engineers, Sales Personnel, Marketing Experts, and other core operational members.

To date, Haitham has supervised the launch of undergraduate and graduate courses that served 8000+ learners ranging from top university students to C-level executives and market leaders across all Egyptian governorates.

After 3 years as a Sales Manager at Mars, Amr founded Campus (Capacity Building Company for Youth-Led Organizations) in 2014 before winning Injaz 2016 Startup Program.

Meet our Speaker, Youssef Sadek.

He graduated 100+ trainers working in different industries and with diverse backgrounds of which are from popular companies like Vodafone, Etisalat, Raya Holding, Xceed, National Bank of Egypt, Savola Group, Cleopatra Group, Nestle, etc. Youssef has 3500+ training hours over the past 5+ years of training with audiences from high schoolers to department heads in big companies. Technically, he is experienced in all the ADDIE process, from analyzing the gaps and making TNA calls, to evaluating the learning on different levels.
Youssef is also a Certified Relationship Coach from ICF, and a freelance entrepreneurship trainer.
He worked as the Global Challenge Project Manager for Generation Unlimited global competition, designed and developed a full education program including Young Entrepreneur Program delivered to youth yearly for 250+ attendees per year.
Youssef is currently the Project Manager at Sprints.

Meet our Mentor Sarah Kabil.

Sarah Kabil is Currently the Head of Marketing at iSpark. She graduated from Misr International University where she studied Mass Communication majoring in IMC and has lately completed her Marketing Diploma at The American University in Cairo.

Sarah has been working in the Marketing Field for 5 years. She’s specialized in Integrated Marketing Communication yet keeps expanding her knowledge through the specialities of marketing.
Besides her vast experience in Digital Marketing, Throughout the past 4 years she has led over 450 offline brand representatives through sales and offline activations; all in which are beginners in the field.

Moreover, She has been working with 15+ startups within the last year as a branding and marketing consultant. She has also completed 20+ training hours for startups; helping them understand their digital marketing needs and overcome challenges.
Sarah has studied Neuro Linguistic Programming and got certified from The International Academy for Training and Consulting, USA and The International NLP Trainers Associations (INLPTA). These studies have complimented her work in marketing by understanding on a deeper level the motives and the psychographics, in general, of the audiences she has dealt with.

Sarah has a passion towards Entrepreneurial Marketing. She likes to take Start-Ups as a challenge and see how different Marketing Applications & Strategies help them grow.

Hazem studied design and production engineering at the German University in Cairo.
He is passionate about design and innovation since childhood. During his undergrad studies he worked with the united nations as a freelancer product designer in the industrial development organization. After graduation in 2017 he worked as the head of Design and Engineering at Saloni Mobilya (a turkish furniture company). Before he co-founded ConyWorld he was the Head of Research and development at Riadco furniture company.
Now He is the CEO of ConyWorld.

Meet our Speaker, Hussien El Hagin.

Hussein is specialized in training finance for non-finance and financial modelling. Hussein started his career at PwC in the Tax division where he completed several consultation and Tax due diligence assignments tax-related projects.
In 2006 Hussein joined Mars Inc.
In 2017 Hussein joined Danone as a Financial controller responsible of accounting, tax and governance for 4 legal entities.
In 2019 Hussein took the role of Chief Financial Officer in Plantform Argibusiness in charge of the finance department.
In 2021 Hussein was appointed as Financial Planning and Performance director in AMG. Hussein is a certified ToT. Since August 2019 Hussein started his financial consultation, working closely with SMEs and start-ups build the foundation to their finance department, assist in putting the right controls to the company and be part of the management team/board.
