Covid-19 update 19 March 2020:

Bob Hope Village​ remains closed to all visitors, that leaves us open for take out and delivery to residents and employees only! In light of our current situation, we have created a temporary scaled down, lower price menu for our residents who have been advised to remain on campus for their safety. This is a temporary menu until we can return to business as usual.

Friends and family members of our residents can contact us to purchase pre-paid meal cards for your loved ones, to limit the use of cash. Our pre-paid punch cards are now $70 for 10 meals with the new menu pricing. They can be purchased online, via email or phone. Concerned family members can schedule daily delivery with us to insure your resident is taken care of.

We will remain on campus to care for our residents throughout this crisis.

If you do not have a loved one here, but wish to sponsor a resident please contact us to donate a meal card for one of our amazing Air Force Enlisted Village residents.

Poquito Bayou Community and other local friends wishing to order prepared meals we can provide delivery of our daily specials, pending availability, to you after cafe' hours, please reach out.

We look forward to returning to business as usual when the virus threat is no longer a concern.

Need a pulled pork fix? Come see us at Knife's Edge Cafe at Air Force Enlisted Village tomorrow, 22 January for our Pulled Pork Stuffed Potato! We are open to the public Monday through Friday 11 to 2 in the Commons Building at Bob Hope Village in Poquito Bayou. Now serving breakfast 8am to 10am on Friday!

We will be closed Monday, 20 Jan in observance of Martin Luther king Jr Day and will resume our normal hours on Tuesday.

Lunch is served 1100 to 1400 we are open to the public with a full menu available in addition to our daily features. On campus delivery is available for lunch at Air Force Enlisted Village.

Breakfast is served on Fridays from 0800 to 1000.

Call ahead orders are welcomed for carry out and reservations can be made for your group or organization.
