🐘🌈 New Mindful Minute Video! ✨

Today we moved our bodies like elephants with a fun mindful movement activity inspired by the Elephant Song by Gracie’s Corner. 🐘🎶

In this short movement break, children practiced:
✨ mindful movement
✨ stretching
✨ coordination
✨ body awareness
✨ focus through play

Movement activities like these help children regulate energy, build confidence, and reconnect with their bodies in a fun and engaging way. 💛

Elephants have always been one of my favorite animals, so this one made me extra happy to create. 🐘✨
