Construction Trades Education Curriculum (CTEC) is a non-profit educational program dedicated to equipping Effingham County students with the skills and experience they need to secure a job in construction trades upon graduating high school. By producing a more well-developed workforce, CTEC helps ensure business receive qualified job candidates which in turn grows the local economy.
