Effingham captured victories in both JV and varsity against Teutopolis in high school volleyball competition! 🔥❤🏐

The Hearts won the varsity contest, 25-16, 25-17 to improve to 6-5 on the season. In the junior varsity contest, Effingham was a 25-21, 25-14 winner.

C. Burgholzer: 8 kills, 6 assists
M. Kirk: 12 digs, 1 ace
K. Phillips: 3 blocks

The Shoes won the freshman/sophomore match, 25-20, 25-20.

The Effingham High School Girls Tennis team came out strong and took down Charleston 8-1! 🔥

The Hearts dominated the courts, earning five singles victories and sweeping all three doubles matches!

The EHS Cross Country team is ready to hit the ground running as they head to Paris this Saturday for their FIRST RACE of the season!

There was no better way to kick things off than with a little TEAM TENT UNBOXING! This brand new tent is ready to be home base for the team all season long!

A HUGE thank you to Effingham Sportsbackers for helping make this possible! Your continued support means so much to our athletes and coaches!

Good luck to our runners this Saturday! We can’t wait to watch all those early mornings, hard workouts, and extra miles pay off!
