Congratulations to Rosa Sanchez Fernandez, the inaugural recipient of the Ted and Gail Hoef Student Leadership Scholarship, presented by Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs Miriam Roccia. Rosa is a sophomore marketing major from Peru who works in both the Morris University Center Administration Office and The Cougar SIUE Cougar Store.
