Student Government is sponsoring a donation drive to support SIUE students affected by the recent off-campus fire. Come by the SG Office and drop off anything you can—every little bit helps!

🛏️ Most Needed Items: Blankets, pillows, home essentials, nonperishable food, cookware

Here are the highlights from our meeting on September 9th, 2024…
🎤 Cordell Billups shares valuable insights on leadership and encourages students to explore the ADEI Leadership Certificate. Want to learn more? Check the link in our bio!
✈️ Travel funding has been approved for the .sshp to attend the ASHP Midyear Annual Conference. Student Government is proud to support this enriching experience for our healthcare students.
✅ Program funding has been approved for International Student Meet & Greet on October 26. We’re excited to help foster a sense of community for all our international students.
✅ Funding has been secured for the Fall and Spring Productions. Get ready for another amazing season of student theater performances!
👤 We’re excited to welcome Alexander Baldwin as Freshman Senator, Emma Ebbeler as Business Senator, Victoria Magbagbeola as Graduate Senator, Stacia Tillison as Freshman Senator, and Aiden Kocher as External Affairs Officer! We look forward to their contributions to the team.

Senate Snapshots are live! Here’s what you need to know from this week’s meeting:
✅ We’re excited to announce that funding has been approved for the 12th Annual Black Girls Rock Jamboree on September 18th in the MUC Meridian Ballroom, hosted by ! Organization Fair starts at 6pm. Jamboree from 7pm - 9pm.
✈️ We also approved travel funding for the Industry Pharmacists Organization’s Annual Meeting, supporting in their efforts to connect students with leaders in the pharmaceutical industry.
💡 Special thanks to Wyatt Bridger, Student Success Coach, who spoke about the importance of time management. To dive deeper, join us for the Time Management Workshop on September 17th in the Student Success Center room 0200 from 5pm - 7pm.

Trick or Treat has come early! Come to the Goshen Lounge today to pick up New-to-You Clothing! Remember bring you own bag, pumpkin bucket, or just your backpack to take home your treats. If you can consider bringing a treat for others by donating a non-perishable item for the SIUE Cougar Cupboardgar Cupboard. Trick or Treat will be available from 9 AM - 5 PM!
