As an SIUE student, Brittany found purpose and community through organizations like the Political Science Association, College Democrats, and Model Illinois Government. Those experiences helped shape the path that led her to her work today with the Human Rights Commission.

Brittany credits SIUE professors like Professor Cannon and Professor Moffett, along with the relationships she built on campus, for helping her succeed and see the importance of advocacy, awareness, and stepping outside of her comfort zone.

What started with the SAE Mini Baja car project at SIUE led Ben to an internship and, eventually, a partnership at BHMG after he met one of the firm's partners during a vehicle showcase event.

As president of the Mini Baja club, he developed leadership skills that continue to serve him professionally today.
