Composting craze: Efforts continue to change SIUE waste practices SIUE’s Student-Athlete Nutrition Center in the Cougar Pavilion is starting a composting initiative with hopes to continue sustainable food waste practices on campus.

Join the Exercise Science Club, the Black Undergraduate Kinesiology Association (BUKA), and the Food & Nutrition (FAN) Club on Thursday, September 5th from 4-7 pm at the RecPlex for the Annual Welcome Back Kickball event.

Congratulations to Andrew Youck who will be graduating this week with his MS in Dietetics and eligible to sit for the RD exam. Andrew is also the recipient of the Marjorie Inman Memorial Seeker of Knowledge award. His hard work, curiosity, drive to learn, and initiative to dive into all different areas of nutrition, made him an easy choice. This memorial award is in honor of Instructor Cynthia Inman's mother. Congratulations again Andrew!
