Edwardsville ESL Recruitment This is a page for foreigners living in and around Edwardsville, IL and the Greater St. Louis area, who wish to learn English as their Second Language.

My name is Caleb J. Pecue and I am an ESL Instructor and Coordinator for a local community college. Independently, I tutor students who need help with learning English. The services that I can provide are one-on-one ESL instruction for a nominal fee, connection to local community college and university ESL courses which are generally free, or answer any questions that you may have. Dear Students, I have decided to take my career to the next step. I will no longer be teaching at Lewis and Clark in the Fall. You will have a new teacher. I will more than likely know this teacher so they will be trained by me! I wish each of you the best and I hope to see you until the end of our Summer term. The last day of our semester is August 4th! Then classes will restart for fall at the end of August.

Reminder: You have until next Wednesday, June 15th, to retake your Midterm exam! The highest grade will be kept. Syl Vie Sim and Claudia Elizabeth Fuertes, you can take your Midterm online and you get to take it 2 times! Please do this before next Wednesday. :) Have a great day everyone.

If you want to re-listen to our lessons, you can get them on schoology website. I will be uploading audio to our class. Today's recording didn't record the whole class, but for other classes, it will. If you tend to forget what we spoke about in class you will be able to listen to it on the website.

Hi my students! I hope you're having a nice day off! Do not forget that there is a summary due tomorrow. You can send it to me through schoology. (Syl Vie Sim has already done this if you wish to ask her for help!) Ruslana Batalova Highley, Michael Basystyy, Hyuk Han, Deisy Guzman. If you do not finish in by tomorrow, I will accept it by Thursday. We will be working on the Compare and Contrast Essay tomorrow which is what your 1st paper is about so if you cannot come to class be sure to look online for information about it. :) Come with questions on Wednesday. Please read the stories by Wednesday as well. Can't wait to see you all!
