A new payday and a new work shirt 💰

WE ❤️ AJ’s

09/15/2026

Jayshon has been working hard at AJ’s Burgers & More as part of his job skills training. Through this opportunity, he is learning valuable job skills, responsibility, independence, and the pride that comes from a job well done.

Today, all that hard work paid off when Jayshon received his very first paycheck! We could not be prouder of him! 💙

A heartfelt thank-you to owners Jimmy and Andrea Barnes for welcoming Jayshon, encouraging him, and partnering with Triumph Learning Center to help prepare him for a successful future. Supportive community partners like you make opportunities such as this possible.

Congratulations, Jayshon—keep working hard! This is only the beginning! 💵👏🎉
