Happy Nowruz 😍😍

Nowruz is the Persian New Year, celebrated on the first day of spring around March 21.
Families celebrate by setting a Haft-Seen table with seven symbolic items that begin with the Persian letter "S."
It is a celebration of spring, renewal, and new beginnings.

HAFT SEEN is a traditional custom in the Iranian New Year holiday known as Nowruz.
"Haft Seen" literally means "The Seven Seens" which is a symbolic spread.
It is a table setting with 7 different items whose essential items' names start with
the letter "seen", Persian letter for the sound "S". However, there are some items
in this table setting that do not start with "seen". In the event of the Persian New Year, which starts March 21, every Iranian family sets a "Haft Seen" up at home.
Each piece has a unique symbolic significance:
1. “Serkeh” (Vinegar) symbolizes patience and immortality.
2. “Sumac” is a symbol of love and compassion.
3. “Seeb” (Apple) is said to represent health and fertility.
4. “Senjed” (Silverberry) is seen as a simulator of love and affection.
5. “Sabzeh” (Sprouts) symbolizes rebirth. The greens might have sprouted from various seeds.
6. “Sir” (Garlic) was thought to avert evil. It is a symbol of protection in the face of affliction.
7. “Samanu” is a nutritious brown pudding. To make Samanu, wheat sprouts are transformed into a sweet and creamy delight. The seventh "Seen" represents affluence.
