Happy National Coaches Day to the people who truly make the KidStrong world go round. 💙

The best part about KidStrong is watching our coaches develop make a difference everyday!

At KidStrong Everett and Edmonds, our coaches are so much more than the people leading the class. They are the energy, relationships, encouragement, leadership, and HEART behind what we do every single day.

We talk a lot about Coach DNA because being a KidStrong Coach takes something special. Our coaches are PASSIONATE about what they do, TEACHERS who turn challenges into learning opportunities, MENTORS who build meaningful relationships, PERFORMERS who bring the energy and fun, leaders with COMMAND PRESENCEwho create a safe and confident environment, and PROFESSIONALS who consistently show up ready to deliver excellence. ❤️💚💙🧡💛💜

Our programming matters. Our equipment matters. Our centers matter.

But our coaches are what bring KidStrong to life.

They are the high-five after a kid does something they were afraid to try. The voice saying, “I know you can do this.” The person celebrating a small win that might actually be a HUGE win for that child.

To our Everett & Edmonds coaching teams: thank you for bringing your Coach DNA every single day and for helping our kids become stronger, more confident, and more capable.

Happy National Coaches Day to the people who make our world go round. 🌎💙

KidStrong isn’t just something to keep your kid busy this summer. It’s a kid-centered, community-minded movement! 🙌

We’re focused on:
🤸🏼‍♂️ Whole-Child Development: We’re building strong bodies, minds and character through intentional games and activities.
🧪 The Science Behind the Fun: Our programming is designed by child development experts using the latest research on physical and cognitive growth.
🏅 Highly-Trained, Certified Coaches: Every day at camp is led by trained leaders who inspire kids and create a safe, supportive environment.
🤝 Keeping Parents Connected: We involve parents every step of the way, culminating in a special Awards Ceremony celebration.

When you think you’ve got the spotlight… and then your little brother rolls in like he owns the place. 😎💥

At KidStrong, it’s never just about one kid, it’s about the whole crew. Stronger together, cheering each other on…because greatness runs in the family. 💪

05/11/2026

Leveling up isn’t just for the kids. 💪

Just like our kids work hard to rank up on the mat, our coaches are putting in that same dedication behind the scenes to be better every single day.

The BOSU ball isn’t just a balance tool. 🧠 It’s a neuromuscular trainer. Every wobble forces your child’s brain and muscles to communicate at lightning speed which builds the neural pathways behind reaction time, coordination and agility. We don’t do random. Every tool in KidStrong has a reason. ⚡
