Community Homeschool Co-op We offer a unique hybrid model for independent homeschooling families with 2 days of core class instruction.

On Fridays we offer a myriad of optional electives for all ages. Parents/Guardians remain the primary educator and we aim to support them and their students in their homeschooling goals.

How does Rooted work? 🌱

Each semester runs for 15 weeks, and students can enroll in 1–5 college-level courses taught by Christian professors.

Rooted classes meet in person on the CHC campus, with credits issued by Colorado Christian University.

This innovative new program allows students to earn college credit in high school, within the context of a flexible homeschool co-op environment.

More Than Academics 🌱

Rooted combines college-level academics with a year-long discipleship program designed to help students grow in their relationship with Jesus.

Students meet weekly with their Rooted Cohort to study God’s Word, explore their identity and purpose in Christ, and grow in spiritual maturity.

Throughout the year, students also take part in ministry and learning opportunities that give them space to live out their faith in practical ways.

High School + College Credit

Rooted gives students in grades 10–12 the opportunity to earn high school and college credit at the same time through Colorado Christian University.

Students can take 2–5 college-level courses per semester, and completed courses count toward both high school graduation requirements and a college transcript.

Rooted combines this academic opportunity with a Christ-centered environment, intentional discipleship, and community.

It’s a way for students to get a head start on college while continuing to grow academically and spiritually.
