We’re hiring a Preschool Teacher for our 3-year-old classroom at Keystone Adventure School & Farm—and this is not your typical preschool job.

At Keystone, you won’t be stuck inside four walls following a rigid curriculum.
You’ll be part of a 15-acre working farm and art-based school where children learn through curiosity, exploration, and real-life experiences. (Keystone Adventure School and Farm)

• Watching confidence grow as a 3-year-old learns to take care of themselves
• Exploring the creek, pond, garden, and open spaces together
• Supporting social-emotional growth just as much as academics

• You have 3–5 years of experience with young children
• You have a degree (Early Childhood Education preferred)
• You’re flexible, collaborative, and think outside the box
• You care deeply about helping children become independent, confident humans
